I discovered I had no instant yeast so I decided the white wine would let them rise a little
Ingredients
2 eggs
milk
00 flour
cinnamon
wildberries marmellata
salt
white wine
icing sugar
Method
I spread my pancakes with marmellata and cut the last one into stripes to decorate my little pancakes tortina with a griddle like a crostata. A veil of icing sugar was the last move
