Another traditional Greek side dish
100grms of egg fish(you can find it in the super markets)
1 onion (sliced and chopped in pieces)
juice of 2 lemons
1 cup of tea extra virgin olive oil
1/2 bread(only the inner part)
First of all put the inner part of the bread in a kettle or wherever you like with water. This will give to the bread the extra moisture we need to make this dish.The next step is to drain the bread and to put it in a masher with the onion and the egg fish...
With one of these excellent machines that chopping or using a mixer ,mix all the ingredients, adding while by while ,the lemon juice and the olive oil.
If it needs add some water( not to much) to give to the salad a more runny density....There is no need to add salt..egg fish are very salty..
