A great autumn recipe. Perfect served with a mature, flavorsome cheese.
elderberries - 250g
water - 250 ml (ruffly)
sugar - 100g
First, simmer the berries with the sugar and water for about 20 to 30 minutes till reduced by about half.
Pour into sterilized jars.
