end summer risotto

It was as if i had forgotten how one makes risotto after so many summer pastas and all that reading about \"the perfect risotto\" on the forum ................

Ingredients
2 little fresh zucchini and flowers
a piece of leek (white side)
onion
fresh made veg stock
ribe rice
butter, evo oil, a coffee spoon of Rapunzel powder

Method
............ so I took the first rice I found in my kitchen cupboard, and it was Ribe, let a little white onion become soft in oil with the white end of a thin leek I had in the fridge. Meanwhile I took a gambo/stem??? of celery from my orto and a carrot out of the soil and let them come to boil in salted but not too much water ,while grating the zucchini. I let the flowers for the very end when the rice is almost ready, they land lightly shredded on the brilliant green lawn of bubbling rice and make it beautiful.
I put the rice in an empty pan and stirred it till it was hot and dry, added the leek onion mix and soon after that a laddle of veg stock, then the grated zucchini.
A nice piece of good butter was added when turning the fire off.

It deserved compliments with my great surprise ............. was it a perfect risotto, I do not know, but it tasted right

I think Rapunzel powder is cocoa powder.

Sounds like poetry in a pot to me. But what is Rapunzel powder?
