everytime changing recipe for Easter dove

I did not know what would happen with this attempt of making an Easter dove so I put al the above ingredients together ..................

Ingredients
sourdough

manitoba flour

00 flour

3 eggs

approxx 100 gr excellent butter

some milk

a little yeast

juice of a red orange

grated lemon rind

a glug of rhum

half a glass of spiced tea (cinnamon cardamom clove lemon)

vanilla sugar approxx 2,5 hg for a dove of 1kg 500 gr

a little salt

Method
................... starting from my sourdough and letting it rise overnight once only with flours and liquids first, in the morning I added salt butter and eggs gave it a shape, putting the beak in a corner of the oven tray, so that at least that would stay where I wanted while rising, and the tail in the opposite one I used two raisins to look like eyes and a dried apricot with a peeled almond in it to simulate the beak ............ I made some cuts with scissors on the back to simulate the feathers

I let it rise again th whole morning and kept in the oven at 180° for 45 mins

it tastes really good and the crust is wonderful

I perfectly aware I will not be able to do the same recipe again, that\'s my challenge and divertimento

the same I wish to you .......... happy baking
