Ingredients
175g margerine
175g caster sugar
175g self raising flour
2 eggs
Method
i learnt this very easy recipie in school and it was the first time id ever made fairy cakes, EVER! And its the only recipie i use for them now
pre-heat the oven on 180o
First, cream the margerine and the sugar together untill light and fluffy. After beating the eggs, add them to the margerine mix a little at a time, stiring well after each addition. Next, sift the flour into the mixture and fold in using a plastic or wooden spoon.
place about 12 cake cases on a baking tray or a pattie tin.
scoop 2 teaspoons of mixture into each cake case and put into the oven for 10-15 minutes.
enjoy
