green onions are one of the zero point foods, that boost your metabolism. Sourkraut helps in digestion, just like cumin seeds, and contains loads of vitamin C. Combined with carrot, that takes more energy to digest than you gain from it and orange juice, that prevents preserving food fats, you wanna bet youīll get slimmer?
200 g sourkraut
100 g green onions, chopped fine
1 small carrot, grated
juice of 1/2 orange
1/2 tsp honey
a few leaves fresh thyme
a few sprinkles of grated orange peel
Mix honey and orange juice, soak the grated carrot in that mixture. Mix the sourkraut with cumin seeds and let the tastes absorb. Drain the carrot and mix with sourkraut, add the onions and thyme. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with orange peel and thyme for decoration.
