the only thing I would recommend is the freshness of the green ingredients ..........
Ingredients
a handful of fresh cropped peas
wild fennel
silene vulgaris/sclupit
fresh white spring onion
a few slices of shredded speck
evo oil
fresh ground pepper
spaghetti
Method
while your spaghetti are boiling in salted water you have all the time to slice onion and let it go in evo oil till tender, add the tiny peas you washed, the shredded speck letting it become crispy, chop wild fennel and sclupit leaves to be added at the very end just before a last glug of evo good oil and some ground black pepper
add a ladle of pasta boiling water and toss your spaghetti in after draining them
enjoy with eyes before tasting
