flower syrup

Ingredients
1 rose-hip flower

1 + 1/5 can of Mock-orange flowers

1/5 can of sugar

water

Method
Take one glass can (with a lid) and throw hot boiling water.

Put the rose-hip petals at the bottom of your can. Put Mock-orange flowers into can, tamp it and add all the sugar. Then fill the can with hot boiling water. Cower with a lid and shake (in order to mix sugar with water).

Stay for 24 hours. Then you can open it and get the perfect smelled syrup for black tea. Sweet 'Jasmine' smell, rich flower taste.
