fresh tuna in pistachio crust

500 gr of fresh tuna
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves
50 gr of pistachio kernels
200 gr of “broa” crumb
Salt and black pepper
turn on the oven and set it to 180°. cut the tuna fillet into 4 strips and season it with salt, black pepper, the juice of the lemon and cider vinegar. let it marinate for at least 20 minutes. squash the garlic cloves, peel the skin and cut them finely. join the garlic with the smashed pistachios and with the “broa” crumb.
drain the strips of tuna, roll them in the previous mixture and place in a tray to go into the oven. sprinkle with a little melted margarine. put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes. serve with tomato salad and tagliatalle.
