Ingredients
Fresh figs
Cheese (chèvre is good with this pizza)
onions fried in butter and a bit of sugar
store bought pizza dough
Method
I love to slap on fresh figs, chèvre and caramelized onions on my pizza. The Italians say never more than 3 toppings or you will go to hell, or whas that Dante Alighieri who said that? Anyhow it tastes fabulous.
