fried fish sticks

Serve the fish sticks with a dip and/or a light leaf salad. We love to nibble them while watching telly! When using the dry rub they get all crispy, if you want them soft just add 1 tsp of mustard and one egg to the dry rub, mix it until you´ve got a heavy dough, pull the fish sticks through and fry them then.

Ingredients
2 white fish filets, fishbones removed, cut in stripes
---------------------
for the dry rub:
30 g crisps of any flavour you like
1 tblsp flour
pepper
salt
1 tsp dill
---------------------
sunflower oil to fry

Method
Heat up the oil in a pot until hot enough for frying.

Mix the crisps in a food processor until they´re only small crumbs.

Add all the other ingredients. Cover the fishsticks one by one, gently press them into the rub so it really sticks.

Fry until golden, serve straight away.
