  • 2 white fish filets, fishbones removed, cut in stripes
  • ---------------------
  • for the dry rub:
  • 30 g crisps of any flavour you like
  • 1 tblsp flour
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tsp dill
  • ---------------------
  • sunflower oil to fry
Heat up the oil in a pot until hot enough for frying.

Mix the crisps in a food processor until they´re only small crumbs.

Add all the other ingredients. Cover the fishsticks one by one, gently press them into the rub so it really sticks.

Fry until golden, serve straight away.

Serve the fish sticks with a dip and/or a light leaf salad.

We love to nibble them while watching telly!

When using the dry rub they get all crispy, if you want them soft just add 1 tsp of mustard and one egg to the dry rub, mix it until you´ve got a heavy dough, pull the fish sticks through and fry them then.

Method
