We love to nibble them while watching telly!
When using the dry rub they get all crispy, if you want them soft just add 1 tsp of mustard and one egg to the dry rub, mix it until you´ve got a heavy dough, pull the fish sticks through and fry them then.
Mix the crisps in a food processor until they´re only small crumbs.
Add all the other ingredients. Cover the fishsticks one by one, gently press them into the rub so it really sticks.
Fry until golden, serve straight away.
