Ingredients
- 3 biscuit plates (you can buy it in any supermarket)
- 0,5 kg mixed fruit stew (I usually put an extra banana and kiwi in)
- 0,4 dcl sweet cream
- 100g sugar
- few spoons rum
- 250g mascarpone
Method
Every biscuit plate soak with stew\'s juice mixed with rum. Make cream, put sugar and mascarpone in it and in the end mix up with fruit. Divide cream into two or three parts (as you wish) and spread it over the biscuit plates.
I usually put extra cream on top and decorate it with blueberries. I\'ll leave decoration to your imagination=)
