if you want to make someone happy make it

Ingredients
fresh cropped from orto leek

a few black olives

thyme

ev olive oil

robiola cheese

Method
sliced leek in olive oil, let it go slowly, add the olives, I do not remember adding any salt, at th end just before pasta I put a dice of robiola cheese letting it melt with some pasta water.
