Ingredients
2 giltheads
olive oil
salt
1 garlic clove
parsley
Method
preheat the oven to quite hot
chop the parsley
peel the garlic
clean the fish: I cut the heads off as well as the tip of the tail
fill the fish with the chopped parsley and a drop of olive oil
put into oven tray coated with olive oil
coat one side of the skin with coarse salt
put garlic clove beside the fishes in the oil
half time ( apprx 15 minutes: turn the fhsih around DELICATELY)
when it's ready., throw away the garlic ( or eat it lol)
I serve this with potatoes, any kind.......

parsley: a handful : £ .2
1 garlic clove £ .02
total like £ 4 per person
