it had to be a panino and ended as follows
Ingredients
green sound fresh cropped salad tomatoes
a few stripes of speck
olive oil
a pinch of salt
to taste sugar and vinegar
Method
When you are not in the mood of cooking make yourself a panino told us cuoco Roberto, so I thought I would do that with pane all\'olio, malga (mountain) cheese and a few slices of speck........ but speck was cut too thick, I tried to convert all I had into a new dish
I had some green last beautiful tomatoes in my kitchen and sliced them, I fried/roasted?? speck in olive oil till crispy, added the tomatoes\' medals with some salt and let them become just soft turning them on both sides to take on the speck savor, I ate this as side dish to my pane e formaggio while thinking it could have ended also as a sweet/sour confusion adding to it sugar and vinegar ....... but I did not dare, maybe next time, or this can be done by someone braver than me
