grilled apples with yoghurt

I love desserts! Most of them have a lot of calories, sadly. This one isnīt, though, but does satisfy the craving for something sweet. Sometimes Iīm just not in the mood for plain raw fruit. Itīs also brilliant when youīve got unexpected guests as you donīt need many ingredients. Iīve always got some fruit and low fat yoghurt at home anyway. Itīs lovely to eat in the summer, make sure the yoghurt is properly cooled!

Ingredients
Apples, core removed, cut in slices (about 1 cm)
powder sugar
(opt• oil for roasting/bbq-ing the apple slices)
--------------
low fat yoghurt
honey
(opt• alcohol)

Method
Preheat the grill or a grill pan. Depending on what you use to grill or roast the apples you might have to brush the surface with a little bit of oil so the apple slices wouldnīt stick to the surface.

Place the apple slices on the grill/in the pan. Sprinkle a tiny bit of powder sugar on top. Roast until they take a bit of colour, turn and sprinkle the other side with powder sugar.

In the meantime pour the yoghurt and as much honey as you like in a bowl and mix it. Add some alcohol of your choice if you like.

Serve the apple slices with a good tablespoon of yoghurt on top.

-----------------------
TIPS
- Put the prepared yoghurt in the freezer for about 2 hours, stir it every 30 minutes.
- Add some lemon zests or juice to the yoghurt
- Serve with some mint leaves on top
- Use pineapples instead of apples
