Preheat the oven to 230°C. Prepare the chicken,wash it and dry it up with kitchen paper. Make a diagonal slices on each thighs of chicken,on this way the sauce can penetrate inside the meat. After having sliced,set aside. Cut onions and garlic into dice In a bowl,pour in the olive oil and soy sauce(it all depends on how much sauce you like).Add in honey,onion,garlic,laurel leaves. Put the chicken thighs on the sauce. On a baking sheet,put some foil paper enough for the chicken to be put on,on all sides of the foil,fold up,just a little bit,for the sauce to be keep. Then cook for about 50 minutes,GRILLED style.check from time to time on each sides to be cook.i would suggest to cook it for another 50minutes,the way i cook it.:thumbsup=)
