1 octopus leg 150gr about
bit olive oil
50gr olive oil
150gr balsamic vinegar
tea spē mustard
1.wrap the leg octopus in the foil with some olive oil and drizzle with ouzo
2.grill for 25 min.
3.in that time make your dressing
4.put in a jar the olive oil,balsamic vinegar.salt,pepper and mustard.shake it!!!well!!!
5.serve the octopus in a plate and dress with the dressing you have made
6.decorate with balsamic cream and the oregano(as in my picture)
7.enjoy...as we say in greece...kali orexi!!
