hop sprouts frittata = fartae cui urtizoons

the \"urtizoons\" are cropped before Easter after a good rainfall, before somebody else wants to do the same in the place you both know they grow, usually at the field borders climbing up bush fences

Ingredients
hop sprouts
eggs (according to the amount of hop you use)
garlic
salt
olive oil

Method
If you are fortunate somebody picks them for you, you just keep the top of each one cutting it with your fingers until you feel its harder. Wash them and let them go slowly in a pan with some olive oil and garlic until soft and almost dry. Let\'s say 10 min.
Add as many eggs you like with salt and pepper and let go in a non sticky pan turning the frittata upside down until cooked and colored on both sides.
