the time you crop a bunch of radicchio rosso and wash it the other ingredients are cooked and you can toss your pasta into boiling water ..................
a few slices or chuncks of pumpkin
a bunch of rdicchio rosso
good ev olive oil
Put some ev olive oil into your salta pasta pan (a wok like inox big pan) let garlic, roughly cut slices of speck and chunks of pumpkin go together until tender add your radicchio rosso shredded into little tatters while boiling the pasta until al dente into salted water, be ready with a handful of brilliant green finely cut parsley to be added on top of the drained pasta directly into the pan. Sautée the whole until well mixed and coated
