1 bunch spring onions
1 chicken stock cube
1 litre of boiling water
500g of all butter puff pastry
2 rations of smoke bacon
first chop up your bacon rations and pot your bacon in and tall pan on a high heat then chop up your spring onions and leeks then add to the pan. add the salt and pepper for seasoning.turn down the heat.
boil a litre of water. pot your stock cube in a pot and pour the water in the pot.
once the stock cube is gone. add the water to the leeks.
once the water has diserperd a little get a bowl and a sive and sive the water out of the leek mixture then add to a tray.
then role out your puff pastry and lay the pastry over the mixture then. add to and oven on a medium heat. untill it terns golden.
