Ingredients
left over pork meat cut in bits
mushrooms cut in bits
leek in bits
mild grated yellow cheese
2 eggs +1eggyolk
olive oil

Method
mix leftover meat (could be chicken-no prob) with leek and mushrooms and 2eggs and cheese..

put aa baking sheet...lay a puff pastry leaf moisten with olive oil, put filling onto...cover with pfuff pastry leaf seal and rub over the eggyolk...bake till puff pastry looks golden...

I also put a FLURI-coin-lucky charm...inside so whoever finds it will be this year's lucky one-greek tradition!
