4 file anchovies
a good handful of mushrooms
a few tomato cherry
1 red pepper
1 glas white wine
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
3 tsp extravirgin oliva oil
salt and pepper
Boilet linguine al dente.
Heat a saucepan with oliva oil, add garlic and chili.
Sliced vegetable and mushrooms.
Add on saucepan mushrooms and after 1 minutes add a glass white wine. Cook a few minutes until alcohol is evaporated, then add anchovies, vegetable and in finaly tomato cherry. Still cook for 2 minutes then add linguive pasta. Season with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
Just sprinkle with extravirgin oliva oil and serve.
