linguine with anchovies

This is now my favourite pasta and cook easy and fast...
5 file anchovies
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
a god hanful of fresh basil
salt, fresh pepper
extravirgin oliva oil
Put the pasta in a pot with water, salt and boiltet al dente.
Heat a pan with oliva oil, garlic, chili then add anchoives.
Fying 1 minute and then add fresh basil.
Cut tomatoes in little cube and add to the pan. Continuous to cook and add the pasta.
Don\'t forget to serve with parmesan cheese, fresh basil and extravirgin oliva oil.
