Ingredients
4 serves
16 crayfishes
400 grms pasta
1 big onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 big tomato
1 tbsp sugar
11/2 tbsp salt
pepper
1/2 glass of red dry wine
parsley for decoration
olive oil(the amount depends on you)
Method
Brake the claws of the crayfishes and put them in a casserole with water. In the same casserole you will boil the pasta. In this way you will give to your pasta more taste.Add salt to the water and boil your pasta for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes strain the pasta and keep a glass of the water that you have already boiled the pasta.In a big wide pan,add garlic and onion(chopped in slices).Add sugar and fry in slow fire till onion get a gold color.Then add the chopped tomato and lay crayfishes in the pan. Add pepper and salt.
The magic touch in this recipe , is the white dry wine. Add the wine and let it give to your food its fragrance. The next step is to put the pasta in the pan and the glass of boiled salty water that you have already kept.Let your food cooked for 5 minutes and serve...decorate with parsley...
