I never know what I am going to make for lunch until I see what is spread on the ice of my fishmonger\'s bancarella and after I tell the girl how many I want to cook for, she suggests a good wise mix for our pasta keeping an eye also on my budget ........... both of us, so as to go home happy enjoy the lunch and go back to the same bancarella the next time
Ingredients
the best choice of fish my fishmonger had today:
3 calamaretti / little squids
2 seppioline / little cuttle fishes
a handful of canestrelli
enough gamberoni to make the dish colorful
Method
Tatiana suggested the mix in the ingredients above and told me to start with squids and cuttle fish first, tinily slice them let go in garlic and ev olive oil with a piece of peperoncino, ther were a few seeds which made the pasta a little too piccante, but that was what I wanted to contrast the sudden cold in a day of May. Before adding the mollusks and shrimps a added salt and half a glass of white wine, and let it evaporate immediatley
the pasta I chose today were farfalle
mmmmmmmmmmmmm
