braised in oven
Ingredients
1 turkey leg
wild rice mixed with parboiled
2carrots
piece of celery white and green
parsley
a handful of brown mushrooms
1onion cut in thin rings
olive oil
ginger
salt
coriander
chicken stock
olive oil
Method
remove bone from leg- cut meat in pieces put in a baking tray
add veggies on top
salt pepper coriander and ginger
pour olive oil and chicken stock
put in oven to braise
prepare rice either in water or in checiken stock
when meat ready take it out of tray on a play leave aside
take rest of remines in tray and melt in blender....
serve piece of turkey, rice and sauce....
mmmmmmmm combine with white OR rose wine-perhaps even a light Syrah-Grenache wine
