what I liked most preparing this sauce was cropping fresh vegs before a \"classic summer temporale\" and the chopping, slicing, shredding, in the kitchen, then the smell of herbs while cooking it
Ingredients
leek
cherry tomatoes
zucchina with flower
marjoram
basil
aubergine
peperoncino
evo oil
Method
Once I toss the cooked spaghetti in this sauce the game is over and it\'s only a fact of nourishing myself because it\'s lunch time.
Anyway I started slicing finely the leek (white and green), diced the aubergine (violet), peeled the zucchina and cut roughly its flower (green white and orange), halved the cherry tomatoes .............. letting them all go for a while in evo oil.
Short before mixing the spaghetty in I put a tiny bit of peperoncino to give it all a little character beyond the colors
