I let it rise in an oiled bowl till half past 6, covered with a kitchen towel some freezer plastic bags on top and another towel to let it keep its humidity.
With that amount of dough I made two oven trays of pizza, adding three chopped mozzarelle, 2 hg of ham, fresh passed tomatoes, capperi sotto sale, black olives, oregano and a thread of oil on top
Fan assisted oven at 250° for 11 mins
p.s. I'm not so sure I'll come again to this recipe of a pizza made on an "augusy" day :lol:
