i made this marinade when i was having lamb back strap, and it tasted fantastic, hope you enjoy too :)
Ingredients
1/3 cup bbq sause
2 twigs of rosemary, coursley chopped
2 mint leaves, coursley chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
a good pinch of ground sea salt
a good pinch of ground black pepper
1 tblsp olive oil
Method
Put all the ingredients into a bowl, then add your lamb. Let it sit in the fridge for about 2 or more hours. Then cook how you please, either on a hot grill or in a pan the meat will taste great!
