two nice chicken breast
canned red bean
chilli(as mauch as you like)
1.chop onion and fry it,when it\'s golden put it into the pot,
2. than chop breasts into small pieces, fry and put with onion.
3. pour 1,5 liter of water,boil it for 10 minutes
4.add corn and bean and boil it till bean gets soft.
5. than add 3 table spoons of tomatoe mousse , add salt pepper chopped chilli and bunch of marjoram.
6.cook it just for a while .
