Its very common dressing in Greece ,especially when you have to dress fish plates.
Ingredients
4 serves
1 glass of water extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tea sp salt
1/2 tea sp pepper
1/4 tea sp oregano
1/2 tea sp thyme
the juice of one lemon
Method
In a wide utensil add all the above ingredients except the lemon juice.
Mix them well with a spoon until the liquid take a smooth density. When you mix well all the ingredients add little by little the lemon juice.
After a while the liquid will take the density and the color you can see in the photo and so the dressing is ready.
