my trustful fishmonger gave me wonderful medium size fresh orate e mormore today, they deserved a special way of baking even if

--------------- I would have liked grilling them. So after gutting them I decided to bake them on a sheet of carta forno with a clve of garlic each and a sprig of rosemary, salt and fresh ground pepper, a slice of lemon on their gills, but not to seal them in a cartoccio (a sort of envelope you make with aluminium foil) as usual I covered them with a few vine leaves of uva fragola I have over the fountain wich are large enough to cover a fish each plus an extra large on top of them all.
fan assisted oven at 180į for at least 20 mins
the taste of sea was all there
