But I'd like to send you and old recipe that my Grandmother cooked often and that I cook for my kids sometimes.
So, it's easy.
Slice oignon and put it on fire with a few olive oil.
Wash tomatoes, cut it in 4 quarters and put then on fire with oignon. Let cook about 10 minutes and add other onion sliced (that will give some onions consistence). Let cook about 15 minutes adding a few water during cooking. Now, you could have a "sugo"… well, add 3 eggs and turn it often until to have the just consistence. Add salt and put it on the grilled slide of bread. Add pepper and serve it not hot and not cold…lol
Reserve some bread for cleaning the plate….lol
I serve it with basilico "feuille" just for fun ;)
