Ingredients
Peaches:
¼ Cup Sugar
¼ cup Cinnamon
2 Peaches cut in 8 pieces
Cake:
1 Cup Flour
1 teaspoon BAKING POWDER
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup BROWN sugar
1 cup butter
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup dried apricots, chopped
Method
Mix ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cinnamon together. Put peaches in bowl and mix together.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt. Add the 2 sugars (brown & white) and butter. Beat until fluffy.
Now add the eggs and sour cream (2 tablespoons Sour Cream) and vanilla.
Pour mixture into a 9” pan. Scatter the chopped up apricots on the top and then place the peaches in a arranged pattern.
Bake for 35- 45 minutes.
