Ingredients
makes 4 servings
600 grms peas (if you dont find organic you can use frozen)
2 medium size potatoes(peeled and chopped in cubes)
2 carrots(peeled and chopped in cubes)
a handful of dill
3 fresh onions(peeled and chopped)
1 medium size onion(peeled and chopped)
3 medium size organic tomatoes(pass the from the blender)
1/2 cup of virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tea sp salt
1/2 tea sp sugar
1/4 tea sp pepper
Method
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the onions. Cook in slow fire for 3 minutes and then add potatoes and carrots. Cook gently for 5 minutes ,combining them 3-4 times with a wooden spoon. Add the sugar.Now add peas. Cook them all for 5-7 minutes and add the tomato sauce. Let the tomato sauce be cooked and add dill,salt and pepper,and at the end add 2 glasses of lukewarm water . Let the food cooked for 30 minutes till the sauce thicken.
