some vegetable marrows, garlic, parmigiano,much basilic, an handful of pine nuts, salt, oil extra vergine
to cut some vegetable marrows into pieces and to steam for a few minutes(not much!). To cool. To add garlic, parmigiano or sheep\'s milk cheese, pine nuts,basilc ,salt and oil. To beat and to get a good and fresh sauce for spaghetti or rice.
