Really quick and easy to make. Not only that but its really colourful with the red cherry cherry tomatoes and the green pesto and parsely. Always used to serve it up on a first date. Worked every time :) !!!!!!
Six large table spoons of pesto sauce ( dont be shy )
One packet streaky bacon chopped up.
Four chicken breasts thinly sliced.
Twenty cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Any pasta your heart desires
1) First things first, heat up a hand full of sunflower seeds in a pan until nice and hot. Take off the heat and let them cool down. Once they cooled pour over a table spoon or two of soya sauce, mix that up and put it to the side.
2) Heat some oil in a large pan and cook up the chopped bacon until nearly crispy
3) Add the sliced chicken
4) Then all the pesto and simmer for a short while over low heat, (obviousely dont over cook the chicken )
5) Add the chopped tomatoes
6) Let that sit for five min so the flavours can all gel together.
In the mean time I should have added you cook the pasta at the same time.
Serving Up time
First goes the pasta on the plate
Then add the pesto you just cooked up.
Then sprinckle on the sun flower seeds all over.
Then sprinckle the feta cheese on top, not to much
And finally a dollop of olive oil
