Pizza Buns, I always have in the freezer for my eternally hungry children. This is a fun alternative to a traditional pizza. Yesterday it was time to bake a new batch. This time the pizza buns with smoked ham, cheese, gullök and tomato sauce. Pizza buns are great to freeze and then fade in the oven or microwave. Suitable as supper or snack can be eaten hot or lukewarm. I usually make pizza salad with cabbage, apple vinegar, some olive oil and dried marjoram in and serve alongside the pizza rolls.
Pizza buns made in the same way as cinnamon buns, though I usually do not flatten them - I bake the \"standing\".
