Pizza Buns, I always have in the freezer for my eternally hungry children. This is a fun alternative to a traditional pizza. Yesterday it was time to bake a new batch. This time the pizza buns with smoked ham, cheese, gullök and tomato sauce. Pizza buns are great to freeze and then fade in the oven or microwave. Suitable as supper or snack can be eaten hot or lukewarm. I usually make pizza salad with cabbage, apple vinegar, some olive oil and dried marjoram in and serve alongside the pizza rolls. Pizza buns made in the same way as cinnamon buns, though I usually do not flatten them - I bake the \\\"standing\\\".

Ingredients
about 25 pc

* 500g plain flour
* 1 egg yolk
* 25 g fresh yeast
* 3 tablespoons olive oil
* 2.5 dl lukewarm milk
* 200 g smoked ham
* 1 onion, thin sliced
* 1.5 cups tomato sauce
* 5 cups grated cheese
* Salt, pepper, egg for brushing

the pizza salad:

* 500 g white cabbage
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 4 tablespoons apple vinegar
* Salt and pepper, coarsely ground

Method
Grind the yeast in a bunke.Pour in lukewarm milk, olive oil, egg yolk and mix in the flour and salt.
Work the dough smooth. Let rise 30 minutes in the canvas.
Roll the dough into a large rectangle. You can make two smaller if you wish. Brush the dough with tomato sauce and add the sliced ​​smoked ham, sliced onion and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Gently roll up. Cut about 25 pieces of roll.
Place pizza rolls upright on a baking sheet with baking parchment clothing. Brush with the lightly whipped egg.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 220 º C warm oven, they should have good color when they are ready.
Make pizza salad by thinly slice cabbage and mix in olive oil, marjoram, apple vinegar, salt and coarsely ground pepper.
