quinces with wine and cognac

Ingredients
Makes 4 serves

3 big quinces peeled and chopped in medium size slices
Sugar(for every slice, add on top ½ table sp sugar…prefer brown)
Honey (for every slice, add on top ½ tea sp honey)
Cloves…pinch one or two on every slice
1 glass of red flavored wine
½ glass of cognac or rum
2 tea sps Cinnamon

Method
Peeled and chopped the quinces in slices. Preferred size is the quarter.
Place them in a baking pan, and add on top of them sugar and honey.
Pinch on every quarter a clove or two(depends on how flavored you like them).
Add wine and cognac. Rum will resulted more flavored and caramelized dessert.
Bake then in medium temperature for 25-30 minute. The quinces will take a brown caramelized color and a sauce will be created form the mixture of sugar honey and wine……When the sauce thicken enough, you should finish baking and you must served them.
