  • 1X can of Custard
  • 2X 95G of Round Short Bread/1X Big pack of Digestives Biscuits (What ever are available at the time)
  • 1X Med Large/Large Banana
1. Bash the Short Bread/ Digestives Biscuits in to bits doesn’t matter if there are big bits that adds to the crunchiness.
Next step...2. Pour the Custard in to a small – med sized mixing bowl.
Next step...3. Cut the Banana in to chunks & if you want you can half the chunks.
Next step...4. Mix them all together in the bowl with the Custard.
Next step...5. Leave in the fridge for 5-12 mins or until cool.
