Ingredients
2 chicken drums
2 chicken thigts
2 chicken wings
4 cloves garlic
6 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp harissa
rosemary
juice of a lemon
4 midium potatoes [peeled and cut in big cubes]
salt and pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Method
mix the tomato paste+harissa+lemon juice+salt+pepper +lemon juice in a bowl, add the chickens+potato +oil +garlic
you can cook in your pressure cooker [ i dont know for how long. this depends of the brand and style of pressure cooker u have ] and then broil untill u have a crispy skin .
or directly pour everythign in ur baking dish, cover with aluminium foil and cook . then take off the foil, and broil till u have crispy skin .
u can decorate with chopped chilly or chilly flakes if you dont have fresh one .
