Take the medium size bowl, mix the full eggs and the sugar with hands or using an electric whisk. Beat it until creamy. Melt the butter on low heat, pour this melted butter into the sugar and eggs mixture.
Add soda and vinegar to the sour milk and mix well. It will rize twice in size. Then pour it into your mixture and mix until smooth. At last add flour and red currant. The dough will be medium thick.
Spoon the dough into the warm cake tin and spread the apple marmelade over the dough( but don\'t spread it over the whole surface of dough).
Bake it in preheat oven for about 35-40 minutes.
During this time you can check with cocktail stick to see if it is cooked.
Allow the cake to cool on a rack. When our cake is thoroughly cool, sprinkle few currant on top and cut it into medium slices.
