This recipe has been told me from a book I gave my daughter as present, it\'s the first time I do it, so I\'m not sure of its success

Ingredients
1 kg ribes berries
150 gr• sugar

Method
mix sugar with cleaned washed berries and let stay for a night, then just let boil for 15 mins.

I\'ll let you know how it tasted

Hi Mada, are ribes the same as redcurrants?
