Ingredients
2oz butter
2oz flour
1 pint milk
sugar to taste
cream
Baileys Irish cream
Method
Making sauce of Christmas Day and no brandy. Had to improvise, but its a very good improvisation.
Place butter into a suacepan and melt over a low heat.
Add flour, stirring all the time careful not to burn.
Add milk a little at a time continue stirring until it simmers and thickens.
Add sugar and cream to taste.
Remove form heat.
Add a good slurp of Baileys.
Enjoy.
