Making sauce of Christmas Day and no brandy. Had to improvise, but its a very good improvisation. Place butter into a suacepan and melt over a low heat. Add flour, stirring all the time careful not to burn. Add milk a little at a time continue stirring until it simmers and thickens. Add sugar and cream to taste. Remove form heat. Add a good slurp of Baileys. Enjoy.
