  • 7 fresh or fully defrosted tiger prawns
  • 1 tbs. garlic puree
  • ½ a mild chilly
  • 50g knob of butter salted or unsalted
melt the butter in a frying pan then add the chopped seedless chillies and the garlic puree to the pan after about 30 seconds add the prawns the prawns should take around 3 minuets' to cook but check every 30 seconds half way through they should be the same firmness of a well done stake to the touch serve with fresh coriander and a form of warm or toasted bread or roll, preferably sour dough bread
