shephards pie

Ingredients
chilli
garlic
corriander
lamb mince
mushrooms
carrots
gravy
potatoes
oil
margarine/butter

Method
first you need to put a little oil in a frying pan and let that heat up till hot. you then need to fry up your mince untill golden brown. while that is doing you need to cook your carrots in a pan of boiling hot water untill ur fork just goes through them. also while cookin the mince add ur mushrooms in halfway through. also pop a pan with hot boiling water in on the hob and boil ur potatoes till you can put a fork through them and you can mash them. now add ur mince and mushrooms and carrots to a casserole dish and mix in sum crushed garlic and chilli and corriander add as much as you like. i normally add two cloves of garlic and a teaspoon full of chilli and a teaspoon of corriander. now add your made up gravy to the mixture and add your mashed potato to the top and pop in oven for about 30mins untill the mash has gone golden brown. this is perfect for a quick and simple meal. the family will love it.thankyou yolanda x please leave comments or ask for advice. x

this is really helpful am going to cook it tomorrow... I am not confident with cooking because I once had food poisining so have a fear of poisining people i know a bit silly soo fingers this will go down a treat with the family tomorrow :) xx
