5 tomatoes (I use ramato tomato), peel, throw away the seeds and cut into small pieces
2 anchovies fillets
1 clove of garlic
pinch of sicilian oregano
extra virgin olive oil
200 g dried pasta (I used casareccia here)
Heat the 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic and anchovies, let the anchovies melts then add the chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano.
Let it on high heat for 5 minutes.
Turn down the heat and cover for 15 minutes
Open the lid and turn up the heat for 5 minutes
Add the cooked pasta, stir
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and serve with fresh ciabatta
