a light summer dish....ready in about 30min
Ingredients
rissotto rice 300gr
onions chopped
white wine 250ml
olive oil- or sesame oil
pine seeds
dill chopped
smokec salmon 300gr
2lt veg/chicken broth-hot
Method
prepare rissotto in classic way : sautee onions add rice and pine seeds -add wine
when vaporises add broth in small amounts -keep stirring slowly....add broth again stirr in...again...
when rissoto ready....take from stove...add dill ,salmon in pieces, mix gently and serve hot/warm
